NYou havent solved my case yet! Its pretty simple.
I paid for 2 tours through Expedia. The tour company Amigo Tours cancelled on me less than 24 hours before the first tour (itinerary: 720690****1822) I could not cancel it with Expedia anymore but it wasnt my fault that Amigo Tours cancelled because they didnt have enough people to go. Thats what they said in their email. They told me to contact Expedia to get my full refund.
I want my full refund! I dont care if you all take Amigo Tours to court or shoot them, I want my refund. These *** did not cancel with Expedia, only with me, stealing my money! In my Expedia app it shows that the tour did happen, when it didnt.
I shouldnt have to explain myself over &; over again! That money is not a lot for Expedia, but for me it is!!
