New Reviewerbooked a flight to Italy on @luftansa, called a few days later to inquire about the rate if I wanted to change my return date. simple enough, right?
the rep ended up canceling my entire reservation ( accidents happen, right) ok she rebooked it, took my card again, assured me that everything was still the same.
but it wasn't a few days later I found out she put us on a different flight with 13 hours layover, my initial flights had about 2/3 hours layover. I must have called 12 times with a hold of 2 hours minimum for over a month now, all I hear is a manger will get back to you within 3 business days. No one gets back to you. And another week goes by.
I dont know how to reach the corporate office, I have to wait for their call.
Now, I cant cancel my trip, I cant change my dates, and I was told they cant change it back either. Are you serious????
User's recommendation: unless you are totally positive you will not need any changes, then go a head.
Preferred solution: I want my layover back to 2/3 hours, I would like for my return date to extend, and an upgrade would be nice..
Expedia Pros: Makes planning a trip easier, Easy to use.
Expedia Cons: Terrible customer service.
