I have made a reservation for two people in a resort all inclusive in Cancun after that I called the resort and they told me you have it for one adult only not two and I asked how to fix it they told me to contact Expedia because sometimes they have system error and they can fix that for you, then I contacted Expedia costumer service they were the worst and they kept me on hold for more than an hour more than 3 times and they were rude to me as well they hang up the phone on me multiple times and this was not professional at all. My issue was never solved and I begged to have my issue solved and no one did fix it and I ended up canceling my reservation and used and used Booking.com because they have better costumes services you guys were the worst and never use Expedia again.Booking.com
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
