Pissed Consumer Interviews ?
Expedia is a nightmare. To tell my story would take a novel. They cost me $4000 extra money that is down the drain b/c they couldn't understand plain English. I have been trying to plan a simple trip and it's been such a nightmare that I don't even want to go anymore. I have been on the phone with them for up to 3 HOURS A DAY for two weeks and they still haven't resolved a simple issue. She tells me there's a time difference between here and Italy and I SCREAM, "In two weeks, you haven't been able to find the right time? Are you kidding me?" She said they would handle this as urgent, which is exactly what they said two weeks ago. We're leaving in 3 weeks and still don't have a hotel room b/c of them. And that's just one part of the story. I don't think I've ever ever dealt with more incompetence.
