Booked a flight with Avianca thru expedia paid for services of pet in cabin and checked bag
Flight was cancelled. When I recieved notification of this by airline it asked if I wanted voucher, refund or rebook.
So I hit rebook and it did so but did not transfer services to new itinerary and I never recieved confirmation of services on old itinerary. I was given a number over the phone 200416****60 was told that was confirmation # for special services but Avianca says no. My booking # 753332****10
I have spent hours and days into weeks trying to get this fixed and neither the airline or your office is taking responsibilty for this and I am out of money to pay for this again.
I Am a disabled senior now having panic attacks and I can't get any help.
I can't take much more of this !
