We had a booking made through you for the Historic Stone Cottage 15 Sutherland Street Clyde, Otago 9330.
The Original Booking was check in 2 May 2021 Check out 3 May.
Due to Judy (wife) being admitted to hospital and not able to fly we changed the date of this booking to check in 20 September Check out 21 September.
We are now having to cancel this booking due to Judy (wife) still not allowed to travel due to blood clotting.
We are looking for a refund of the $168 we paid for accommodation.
Changes were communicated with the owner of the Historic Stone Cottage who advised would be in touch with you to advises changes and now cancellation.
The communication regarding moving dates check in 2 May 2021 Check out 3 May was made in April .
The cancellation regarding check in 20 September Check out 21 September was made last week (July)
Can you please advise if and when we can receive this refund?

User's recommendation: The difficulty of contacting Expedia is so frustrating and time consuming. Still do not know if this is the correct contact.
Monetary Loss: $168.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Expedia Pros: I thought i was dealing with them direct.
Expedia Cons: Impossible to contact once reservation made, Unable to speak to customer service.
