Charging me for tire change when we advised them the tire looked low. But were told because the sensor didnt come on it was fine.
12hours later tire is almost flat ruining the rest of our day because now we had to wait for a tow truck to come switch the tire.
Alamo is charging me $65 for that fee.
I do not feel I am responsible for that $65.
I have called Alamo and made a complaint but was wondering if Expedia can help?
Also FYI- car with Alamo at the terminal 2 MSP airport are NOT available in the evening. Without advising us of this we flew in and there was no one there.
After 5 phone calls and all of them dropped they told us Alamo doesnt have 24hours service at terminal 2 we need to go to terminal 1 to get the car. No where on my itinerary from Expedia or Alamo does it say this.
User's recommendation: Don’t use Alamo!
Monetary Loss: $65.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Expedia Cons: Extra charge.
