They’ll book for you, but the minute anything changes (especially cancellations) you’ll get lied to, put on hold, everything but a refund. They say the hotel won’t answer, but we called the hotel with them in the other line yet insisted the hotel won’t answer.

Find another company to book for you. Expedia clowns lie and refuse to help. They will book for you, but if any changes occur, you are on your own.

Have fun. Expedia workers are professional liars and claim they can’t give refunds because the hotels won’t allow it, but the hotels are ok with the refund. They claim the hotel won’t answer the phone, but they answer every time we call.

I’ll give it to you straight. They do not refund. We tried to cancel 2 rooms we booked and paid for ($500) and they said they had to contact the hotel but the hotel wouldn’t answer. We called the hotel twice with Expedia on the other line and they heard the conversation with the hotel clerk, yet they insisted that the hotel wouldn’t answer and therefore - NO REFUND. They could at least be honest that they don’t want to refund, but stop the lying and My advice, go ANYWHERE but Expedia.
