My son and I booked a short break from Singapore to hong kong he being based in Singapore used Expedia.SG and me in England used Exact same flights and hotels rooms all booked within minutes of each other and I discovered that I had paid £490 more and researching further found the difference to be on the flights only we had managed to pay double Now due to the websites being in different currency Expedia are refusing to price match. I wished I had got my son to book on my behalf or used the website to make my booking I am extremely disappointed that the company is able to rip off consumers in one country and have a price match guarantee they refuse to honour - within the uk website they do not state the currency has to be the same but yet they still refuse to honour
