I booked a ticket through Expedia in May. I received an e-mail confirmation of the ticket.

On Saturday, I received a reminder of my flight arrangements. Today I arrived at the airport to discover that the rexervation had been cancelled. I spent more than 2 hours on hold at Expedia, taled to 4 different people, and the result is that it is my fault, becaust I did not call to reconfirm my flight 24 hours ahead. It's a bumch of ***, and these people are passing the buck.

I will NEVER use Expedia again. These people don't want to help; they want to blame the victim.
