I had credits from a cancelled flight last year, so was told I had to book through Expedia to access it. I called on a Wednesday and booked (or attempted to) seats for myself and my child.

At the time, I was told by the agent that Expedia could not confirm that my child was booked (although they were happy to take my money for their seat) and that I would need to contact the airline to do so. They gave me an Expedia

confirmation code and said I would get an itinerary via email within 24 hours. It is the following Monday and I have yet to have anything from them. Nor can the airline, after a 12-hour wait for a callback, confirm anything without the itinerary.

Expedia itself won't let me past their menu without the itinerary number. I have nowhere to go at this point. I still have credits with them, but at this point, it's not even worth it to try to book with them ever again. And I have no idea how to get to them now.

I'd say worst customer service ever, except that there has been no customer service. confirmation code and Expediaonfirmation code confirmation confirm

User's recommendation: Stay far away.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: My itinerary number!!!!!!!.
