I have contacted Expedia at least 3 times since 04/21/2021 about my flight refund from Air Canada. My itinerary #746166****4453.
I received an email from Canada's Federal Aviation stating I was eligible for a refund but the airline said i had to go through the travel agency to get it. everytime i talked to someone I requested either an email or letter stating I had contacted them and to confirm my request. I have never received anything as of yet! I just got a phone call from Canada Federal Aviation telling me I needed to get confirmation in writing.
I explained I have tried but you have never responded to my requests! They asked me to ask again but this time online.
I tried on your website and it kept saying there was no record of my itinerary! I am requesting AGAIN to please send confirmation of my request for a refund from Air Canada either by mail or email
