Hi,

My name is Sara Noureldin, my experience with Expedia has been okay so far up today,

Im a migraine patient who had to spend the whole day waiting over the phone to correct a mistake in my flight date from June 17 to June 16

I have been disconnected from the flight department, and then after another two hours wait I was approached by an agent who had training only in the hotel department as she mentioned, I was given a phone number to TD customer in Canada, My whole day was lost, I need my booking in time for my medical appointment in Cleveland hospital, I hope after reading this you help to change my booking from June 17 to June 16 morning flight

I was trying to change my booking online but I wasnt able to do so through Expedia or through American Airlines. I really hope the website improve its customer service and decrease the waiting time over the phone

Don’t use a third party site for air travel. Also, don’t pad your complaint with migraines and Cleveland Clinic.

Everyone’s travel plans are important. You take the cheap way out you may suffer.
