Unfortunately Canada help center line is busy for long time, and the US center would not help solve my problem because I was booked with the Canadian center.

I came to find out that actually what they did (and doing to other customers) is illegal. I have contacted DOT.GOV and according to their regulations you cannot sell a ticket from 1 company (in my case British Airways), code shared with another (Iberia), code shared again with another airline (Openskies, which went bankrupt last year) and finally code shared with the actual company flying you home (Level Airline). I am working with DOT to make sure this does not happen to anybody else.

Worst company for booking... now I have a ticket with LEVEL 1 Airline to come home from France, when I booked British Airways .... Your supervisor from Oklahoma has been yelling at me for 30 minutes and your OFFLINE ticketing is not responding to my request to change the ticket to an airline that is not going out of business! SCAM, FALSE ADVERTISING. I am out $3,700+ when is was their fault

I booked a flight on Expedia.com from Las Vegas to NYC via Houston in Nov 2018 on AMEX card. Paid for it in Dec 2018. Took trip in May 2019. Worst experience ever! Never fly United Airlines. Complained about flight to Expedia; they did nothing. Decided to go to Amex to dispute charge. They say they wrote it off and then they say Expedia came back at them with documentation? So Amex puts charge back on my bill. I think Amex is double billing me. Now l feel l owe double!! What's a lowly consumer suppose to do? Can't fight city hall! No kidding. So now this trip is over and costing me an arm and a leg. Very angry Wtf Tired of fighting and tired of paying money l don't have now. Idiots!!! All of them!!!

Expedia Singapore / cancelled flight and refuse to refund

Details
Purchased a business class ticket on Air India from Singapore to Tel Aviv. Return flight was cancelled by Air India. I communicated without Expedia and requested a replacement flight or refund. Expedia didn't communicate with Air India and Airlines claimed no show. Been emailing and speaking with Expedia but they are unable to find a resolution and blame the airlines for not picking up the phone. Have found out that Expedia Singapore is nothing but a post office box and didn't have any management team or employees in singapore to service customers.

Travel cancelled due to injury, Expedia only helped with part of insurance claim

I was scheduled to take a trip to England March 9th and suffered an injury on February 10th-making it necessary to cancel. Due to the nature of the injury, not able to rebook Expedia did help with the hotel cancellation-the funds return is in process. With respect to the airfare....only offered to wave a rebooking fee-in May-due to the nature of the injury-not likely to be able to fly by then, We did have trip insurance. My complain is that they were my "agent"-I feel they have a fiduciary responsibility to me as a consumer to help with this situation.
