Resolved: Expedia Didn't Cancel Reservation. Charged Twice. Left me £-900

I am close to commiting suicide. I made a reservation with expedia on which i noticed a mistake. I rang to cancel this reservation (before it had been confirmed) within 5 minutes.
I was reassured by the employee that it will be cancelled and I will recieve an email to confirm this and NO Money would leave my account. I felt unsure so kept calling them through the weekend (booked on friday at 00:12).
When it came to monday. (even though I had spoken to them saturday/sunday) £1800 was still taken from my account. There wasn't even enough money in my account but nonono that doesnt stop expedia. on Tuesday it was refunded. then by wednesday it was taken again but as seperate ticket amounts (2 payments of 890) as opposed to the full amount as done the first time. IT MAKES NO SENSE AND MY bank couldn't even stop this
I have been left in -900 overdraft while being charged everyday. THIS IS A FAULT OF THE EMPLOYEE and I have recieved NO call back though having been promised 7 times.
Being placed on hold for 1hour and 20 Minutes STILL can't get you to take us seriously or through to the useless so called suporvisors. THE SUPPORT TEAM have done NOTHING but make false promises about so called call backs.
I have NO money left what so ever and this never even needed to go through.This small issue is breaking me. Ive had over 15 calls - 4 esscalations and NO RESOLUTION.
I am PENNYLESS. EXPEDIA SORT THIS OUT.
