I booked a flight ticket from Expedia and all confirmation numbers from the Expedia. However, the airline refused to issue the ticket when I was at the airport since Expedia did not ask my passport information during my booking.
I had to buy another more expensive flight ticket from another airline at the airport. It's obvious that Expedia website had an error.
I called Expedia and asked for refund, the customer service transferred my phone call to several people and told me I would get a solution within 72 hours after 2 hours phone call. After one week, I had not got any feedback from Expedia, I called Expedia again, I was put into the same loop, no solution.
