I booked an Airport hotel in Chicago through Expedia.When I got to Chicago I called the hotel several times to get picked up at Airport.
They never came to get me. I had to find alternate lodging. I told Expedia about my inability to get to hotel, and asked for a refund. Expedia concluded that I don't get one because I "cancelled or changed " my reservation.
No I didn't. The hotel didn't get me, they advertise free shuttle service. They breached our contract but Expedia sided with them.
I will never use Expedia again.There are many sights that want my business, Expedia is not one of them.
