I booked a hotel for four nights in France, and had to miss the first night due to the plane having mechanical trouble.I called expedia right away and told them my situation.

Since my trip in July, I have been trying to contact them for the last three months to get this resolved. I have spoken to numerous people and supervisors there and they keep tell me that they will resolve the problem.

Finally after three months, I was informed that I would not be getting a refund even though it was not my fault.I am a good customer of expedia, but will never be using them again.
