I booked a hotel for four nights in France, and had to miss the first night due to the plane having mechanical trouble. I called expedia right away and told them my situation.

Since my trip in July, I have been trying to contact them for the last three months to get this resolved. I have spoken to numerous people and supervisors there and they keep tell me that they will resolve the problem.

Finally after three months, I was informed that I would not be getting a refund even though it was not my fault. I am a good customer of expedia, but will never be using them again.
