Expedia.com customer service
I booked my flight on expedia.com round trip for premium business class. I have a document that they send me with my itinerary that even says "business premium.".
I get to the airport and they print out my boarding pass and it is back of the bus coach. One leg is even across from the toilet in the rear. I had to purchase my seats from the airline, $312 both ways for a total of $624.
This is likely the last time I use expedia. Calling customer service is useless.
If you want to call the customer service phone number, I had four failures at talking to a live agent. I followed the instructions to a tee but apparently it's impossible to talk to a live agent and no matter which menu choice you select.
This has happened before with customer service calls.
Expedia customer service and performance is unexcusably poor. I expect I am going to be an ex Expedia customer.
