I booked a reservation for the quality Inn in Lakewood Colorado for two days. I was going to stay an extra two days but change rooms so I checked out at 11 AM, and then decided to go ahead and cancel because I was going to be working I probably wouldnt use the room very much for the price.
I canceled in plenty of time, Expedia got the cancellation and confirmef that it was canceled.
I was still charged for the room $146 and my deposit of $100 was never refunded to me I have called over and over and Im going around with quality Inn over the deposit as well Expedia does not answer their phone I was on hold for over an hour and Im giving up on calling them. I need this money applied back to my bank account I will not use their service again
User's recommendation: I don’t assume that the room is canceled quality inn try to tell me that I went ahead and used the room Which is ridiculous because no one checked me in nor out and they know that I did not use that room they did change that after I prove to them I was not in the room never used it whatsoever quality inn is telling me that my bank is holding $100 deposit and that is not true either.
Monetary Loss: $246.
