I put a description of the room that I needed and thats not the room I have. The front desk said the room that I want is available but theres no way to change it because I booked through Expedia.

Complain about a hotel

Did not sleep all night people talking, laughing, slamming doors dogs barking, terrible experience I would show sure want my refund back or credit for another hotel because this is bad I didnt sleep not even two hours. I lost my appointment because of this hotel because of the people making noise the dog barking bad experience.

Add the middle name to my Tickets

I did put the middle name when I booked the tickets but I realized it after two days that it was not showing and I tried to call to get help. No one helped me and I had to cancel the ticket and get new ones and so far I never got the credit for the first ones.

Phone just goes to a place where it asks me if my issue was resolved. Hardly. I need to come back a day early and there is no way to contact them directly.

I can't seem to get hold of anyone to help me change the email on my account. I have tried 6 phone numbers and noticed there are no email accounts to ask for help, why not? There are no live people to talk to, why not? Problems: 1) no timely communication for a business, my email accounts changed and there is no way to open existing items. 2) No options available for the consumer to communicate.
