I gave up on resolution because I never could get anyone to talk to me. It's over. I will not use Expedia in the future.
Expedia (Axel, the reservation officer) Did not fight for customer’s right. The hotel room reserved through Expedia turned out to be disappointing.

They offer confused information, they do not give the customers' money back in case of medical reasons, they want to cancel the ticket without promising to get money
I bought two tickets on March from Detroit to Romania. In April 7 I had a severe car accident and i am sent now to spinal cord surgery, I asked to be reimbursed for one ticket because my doctor said that I ma not allowed to travel.
We are on June 22nd. Since April I call almost every day to receive the money for one ticket. They asked me multiple times to send them documents from the doctor, letters etc. Every time they told me to call Lufthansa.
Lufthansa tells me to call them because they took my money. They offer confusing information, they do not bring the supervisor when you want to talk to a manager, they offer poor information and services, and when they do not offer you anything, they do not give you your money back. This happened in 2017 when I did not receive a car that I rented and they never gave me my money back. I paid for a car in Los Angeles, the place did not give me the car, Expedia never reimbursed me.
They are the worst of the worst!!! If they solve me the problem with my plane ticket, I will delete this message.
If not, there are more negative reviews to come, about each telephone conversation and there were about 50 of them in 2.5 months. Imagine to call 50 times and nobody to solve your problem?not choose Expedia PDO
