Change my flight

Whole family booked thru American Airlines- all changed their flights with no problem. I am being penalized for booking thru Expedia. Extremely disappointed. Will never use Expedia again- nor will anyone I talk to about this. I demand a refund!

Expedia (Axel, the reservation officer) Did not fight for customer’s right. The hotel room reserved through Expedia turned out to be disappointing.

The hotel room smelled smoked and weed . Complained about the unhealthy smell because I have a senior citizen who has respiratory issue that couldnt take the smell. Expedia should ensure that the hotels they are accrediting are of acceptable quality. This is unacceptable!

When I arrived to the hotel it wasnt in a good location. I was very afraid and immediately left the premises.

My problems was not resolved my issue with the hotel

I complain about the hotel that I reserved. I can remove information that they needed. They came back telling me that there was nothing they can do and they cannot do any refund . I emailed back to Expedia with my concern and nobody eve got back to me the 2nd time

They offer confused information, they do not give the customers' money back in case of medical reasons, they want to cancel the ticket without promising to get money

I bought two tickets on March from Detroit to Romania. In April 7 I had a severe car accident and i am sent now to spinal cord surgery, I asked to be reimbursed for one ticket because my doctor said that I ma not allowed to travel.

We are on June 22nd. Since April I call almost every day to receive the money for one ticket. They asked me multiple times to send them documents from the doctor, letters etc. Every time they told me to call Lufthansa.

Lufthansa tells me to call them because they took my money. They offer confusing information, they do not bring the supervisor when you want to talk to a manager, they offer poor information and services, and when they do not offer you anything, they do not give you your money back. This happened in 2017 when I did not receive a car that I rented and they never gave me my money back. I paid for a car in Los Angeles, the place did not give me the car, Expedia never reimbursed me.

They are the worst of the worst!!! If they solve me the problem with my plane ticket, I will delete this message.

If not, there are more negative reviews to come, about each telephone conversation and there were about 50 of them in 2.5 months. Imagine to call 50 times and nobody to solve your problem?not choose Expedia PDO

You don’t get a refund unless you bought travel insurance when you purchased the ticket.

I would like to thank Expedia, the hotel cancelled my reservation as I was checking in, due to computer issues, when I called the hotel for a refund they told me it was a 3rd party reservation, for a refund I need to contact Expedia, well I told Expedia what happen, they verified with the hotel and my refund was credit to my bank within 48 hours, thank you Expedia

the hotel cancel the room, they day of our arrival. the hotel said because we booked thru expedia, therefore expedia had to solve the problem. While drive we had to pull over to find number for customer service. thankfully after explain what happen, we were transferred to Jay in customer service was very helpful,. the only complaint is it took over and hour close to two hours to solve the problem.

I want to change my hotel reservations but I do not have the numbers so I cannot get any assistance, my computer crashed so l lost the email. You cannot speak to a live person without the numbers so I'm just out of my deposit money.
