We were charged for something we didn't use

We were charged after we cancelled the car rental. First we rented a car but they didn't let us drop it in a different location so we cancelled but they still charged us the insurance.

Booking not showing at hotel

I had booked a reservation through Expedia got confirmation that I had a room 13 hours before I was due to check in I got notification from the actual hotel that I was staying at that I did not have a reservation and they did not have the room that I was really requiring at that point so I'm so very very upset

I used to use to be a VIP member of Expedia back in the day. Never had any issues.

Easy to do what was necessary.

I just tried to merely cancel a less than 24 hour ago flight and the site was seriously trying to resist me doing a simple task. I also wanted to talk with an agent and there is NO WHERE to talk directly to anyone. Oh, you can start a chat but then they demobilize the chat if you dont choose one of THEIR options! Its like running around in circles getting no where for over an hour!!

What has happened to taking with someone to complete a simple travel task? What has happened? So now I am past my 24 hour period to cancel my flight.

Shame on the system. Negative zero on customer servicethere is none.

Hotel was booked for 3 nights only wanted to stay 2 expedia advocated got them to cancel one night refunded for 2 night but charged my deposit (150) dollars so basically was charged for the extra night anyways. There service need to be more clear and please read the check in times and fine print

Need at talk to them about a reservation

I am submitting a comment because I made a reservation at the Wyatt Gardens Hotel and is under renovation closing down some things with it. Also all I want to do is change to another hotel not cancel my reservation but to go to one that I will be satisfied with please already paid for and I just want to come on April 26 to the 28th and enjoy our church conference I would greatly appreciate it if you all can do something about this for me. I'm not looking down on anyone talking about any hotel or anything that that matter I just want to be able to be compensated and place it another hotel where I'll be satisfied I thank you in advance denisia Walker.

User's recommendation: To to check out everything the place whatever is going on with the hotel the ratings the reviews everything make sure that you always don't leave anything out and then you probably will not have a problem that's what I do recommend I hope that mine is solved.

The first hotel, the agent did not give me assistance on getting money back on all the issues. I went back to the hotel and they gave me $30 for all the problems such as water coming up through the floor and having to walk through it for 3 days. Expedia was of no help.

False flight credit information

After wasting over an hour being placed on hold and an absurd amount of confusion regarding my flight credit-the customer service rep claimed my flight credit was no longer valid-which is the exact opposite of the Expedia email I had outlining the details for using the flight credit. I even sent the rep I was speaking to a fwd of the email, which clearly states I would need to BOOK a flight by a certain date & NOT that I would have to FLY by that date. Im livid. Basically, Expedia has stolen $1,000 worth of flight credit from me. Will not be booking with Expedia again. Buyer Beware.

Expedia has a very old email address for me and I have tried all day to get it changed with no luck

My old address is imiller11@***.net. Its so old that I dont know the password. I tried to change it, but the code to change it keeps going to the old email address !!! Canceled an airport transport about 1 hour after reservation and couldn’t get 1 $ back from the total price paid

Did a reservation for transportation and canceled it within the time allowed but did not get refunded for it and the considered me a no show even though I used the airline to get to the airport I was supposed to get transported from.
