Hotel has no record of booking.

Expedia did not confirm the booking with the hotel. Took an hour on the phone to get a refund. Representative Kajan was helpful but the process is very long and repetitive. Not good after a long day of travel.

Problem not resolved

Room with plumbing issues Sofa bed instead of mercy bed NOT what we paid for. The pictures are false publicity I called expedia and they were suppose to solve for our next stay I iust checked in and they gave us the same exact room!!! Expedia did nothing!

Complaint

They refuse to refund my return flight that I was not on. If I wasnt able to leave how can I return. The flight was delayed for over 8 hours. When we finally went to take off the plane had technical difficulties. The plane was grounded and we had to wait again, I will not fly on an aircraft that I feel Is unsafe and with the airline that obviously doesnt care

NoThey still will not refund 600 that was paid for a rental that the rental place would not allow us to pick up at the airport that we live 5 miles from because we are both San Antonio residence and they dont accept Apple Card ( no where in the fine print do they state that ) so our vacation was delayed and screwed now we are currently trying to find a hotel close to the marine base to see our son, all of this could have been avoided if they stated they dont rent to locals with an Apple Card

I rented a car from Expedia for payless in Costa Rica. Nothing was as booked. Price of $157 qouted by expedia turn out to be $582. What is worse, expedia charged me $99 insurance which Costa Rica payless did not accept and charged me arm and leg for insurance ($65 per day) Kindly reimburse my $99 expedia charged me.

So there was a mix up on the day, we arrived a day later. Grand Lodge hotel refused to move up the day. We drove from Denver to Crested Butte. The weather was bad, as it was. So no place else for us to go. Hotel was empty. It's off season. Called Expedia and got no help, hotel manager Candy, refused to give a refund or give us a room, or even a credit. So had to drive back to Denver. By the way, were in our 80s. So was very hard on us to be turned away.

Poor service

Expedia - Poor service

I had booked a greyhound from Asheville nc to Myrtle Beach sc for June 27 scheduled to depart Asheville at 5 am June 27 and arrive in Myrtle Beach sc 4:55 pm that afternoon. So I booked a room for the night of June 27 in Myrtle Beach, and yes it did say it was non refundable ), problem was that my greyhound was cancelled and I tried to email and call Expedia as well as the crepe Myrtle hotel to see about having my booking pushed back a day, no response from Expedia and neither them or the hotel would answer the phone, I didnt get to speak to anyone until two days later by which time I was in Myrtle Beach with no money and no place to stay.

In spite of circumstances beyond my control neither Expedia nor the hotel would reschedule my booking nor could I get a refund, so I was stuck sleeping on the streets. Not happy with this company at all

Locked out if car. Key battery dead

The key fob disconnected to the car causing many disruptions. I finally was able to return it. The Expedia rep he would compensate me for my inconvenience. I haven't seen anything yet. He didn't honor his word.
