Flight was cancelled without my knowledge!

I booked a flight to aspen from Dallas on 6 December for a trip from 23 December to 26 December. Our flight was somehow cancelled on 9 December!!! I just realized the cancellation tonight when going over our plans for tomorrow. Id love to get an explanation why our tickets were canceled!!!

Miserable. 2 1/2 hours on the phone (all on hold) to address a 5 minute problem. Also, due to thick accents and the speed of the representative's speech made it next to impossible to comprehend the conversation. It was so poor i asked for a supervisor and then went through the same routine

Not pleased on the outcome!

I paid for the room and after I had to cancel the 5 days at the last minute and then a couple hours later tried to get the first day back I was denied and told I would have to pay for new reservation. Told the individual that I already did pay for the room because thats what I was charged for cancellation. In fact paid for 2 rooms since I had 2 rooms reserved and was charged first day on both of them.Ended up pay for new reservation.

I received no help, and I was still charged this morning and I actually booked last night I called both Expedia and the hotel. Save your money and time dont use Expedia. I wish I couldve rated no stars. This was my very first time using Expedia and I will never use them again.

I've spent thousands of dollars booking tickets from you guys, but today I feel really disappointed and regret it I've ever did so. I can't believe after booking 2 tickets through you from frontier which went terrible upsetting , it was supposed to be 186$ but they charged my card about 685$ Agent made me miss my previous flight which i bought for 186$ plus they made me pay 160$ for 2 bags both uder 40lbs and now I'm trying to get some help no one can help me, I'm not able to reach no one at any of the numbers you have available for helping your customers.

I'm trying to believe you guys are not part of that scam with frontier. Now I had to buy another ticket from JetBlue as you can see to get to my destination.

I'm going to be out the country my phone won't work I'm counting on you guys to help me get my refunds back. Thank you!

Refund on Hotel Booking

Expedia - Refund on Hotel Booking

The hotel booking I obtained was 2 nights for ~$700. I believe I clicked on the option to insure my hotel booking so for any reason I would be able to cancel the hotel.

My aunt is currently in Hospice and I would like to visit her before she passes, she chose peace over a long and very low success chance of a procedure. I paid $300 per night, so $600, I was unaware the $100 fees did not include the insuring of the booking. I have already canceled the hotel because I believed I would receive the money I paid back in a refund. However, the refund went out as $0.

I was wondering if I could receive the money back for the hotel booking as I am over 36 hours before the check-in time.

Thank you for your time. I hope I can get most, if not all, of the money back I spent.

Regarding about the concern that Dollar counter said that they did not receive any payment yet from Expedia even though this is prepaid reservation and they are charging you for the same amount again. I already spoke with Amanda from Dollar and said that she don't have an option to verify if its a prepaid or not and advised me that you should call Dollar billing department once the reservation is completed and they will be refunding you the money back.

I do apologize for any hassle it cause to you. As an assurance regarding with our conversation together, this is my case number 16416****.

Not only did they cancel my booking without notifying me, then blame it on the hotel, but they offered me a coupon as a way of saying sorry because there are no other hotels available in the area. After I told them I will never use their website again. I booked my stay April 11th, and drove 4 hours to be told Expedia cancelled my room. Didnt receive confirmation of reservation at Hampton Inn Penfield Rochester NY. Consequently because I didnt have a confirmation number, I was unable to clarify my reservation with the hotel.. Therefore I had to make a reservation with the hotel directly. I am requesting a refund for the reservation I made with Expedia for $132.00 x 4 nights - January 4 to January 8. Dissatisfied

I booked a hotel room for the wrong date and ad soon as the confirmation email arrived I tried changing the reservation dates. Your representative was unable to make this change for me because they could not reach the hotel and asked for 72 hours to work on the matter.

I can not understand why this process would take more than a few minutes. We need the room on the 12th because our daughter has a preop for brain surgery on the 13th and do not want to wait 72 hours for a solution nor should we have too.

I literally tried changing the dates immediately and expect this matter be handled promptly. If I do not have it resolved tomorrow morning, I will reverse the bank charges then I will work hard to publicize my negative experience dealing with both Expedia and Hilton during the time of a young girls' healthcare crisis.

Hilton owes you nothing. You went cheap and booked through a third party. It’s ironic because if you booked through Hilton they would have fixed the issue immediately as long as it wasn’t under 24 hours to check in.
