Spent 25 minutes on hold with Cs agent Vedeka (or similar) to discuss options for flight change. No options or resolution offered, when questioned in regard to the 25 minute delay on hold Vedeka stated she was receiving error messages on system. Would have been nice to know of error at start of call rather than after complaint made. Problem still not resolved at end of call. Rather book directly with airline, poor Cs with Expedia.

What a scam! I phoned and asked where the 33 dollar rates were. The girl said they sold out. It just came a class action law suit waiting to happen. She said i would have to pay 479 dollars. I never told her where i was or where i was going.
