Never reimbursed my $1,152 after telling me it would be credited to my account within 72 hours. My son & I were on vacation and had to shorten our hotel stay. Expedia informed me that they would reimburse me for the days not used within 72 hours. When I contacted my bank after 72 hours, there was no credit posted. I called expedia twice and was told that there were no notes on my file from the young lady that I spoke with and they said that they would have to put me on hold and call the hotel. They put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then I was disconnected and had to start all over again. Called a 2nd time, was put on hold again so that they could call the hotel. I was told once again that there were no notes entered by the customer service person so therefore, they apologize for the inconvience and I would not be receiving a credit to my account.

Never use expedia. They are Liers and I have never in my life written a review online but Expedia has cost me $1,152 and I think this might help other users of expedia.
