I planned our annual vacation through expedia. i had confirmation numbers and all. We got to the hotel after driving for 7 hours just to find out that Expedia had not booked us.

We were left to sleep in a flea bag hotel and the A******* at expedia didn't even offer the help us find another room.

And to top it off, its going to take two billing cycles for the refund to show up on my credit card.With a reputable company my card is refunded immediately.

Take my advice-DO NOT USE EXPEDIA. They are the WORST.
