Expedia complaint by Taylor Swift
I've been a long time customer at Expedia and thought it was trustworthy but this time I am quite disappointed. On 03/11/08 I booked a flight from Stockholm to Paris however my plan changed and I called on 03/18/08 trying to cancel. I do not remember the agent's name but after contacting the airline(SAS), she told me that while the ticket is non-refundable, I could change it within a few hours before departure if I agree to pay 500 SEK. I asked "even a different destination" and she answered "yes"(or "sure").

But on 03/27 while I called to change the destination, a different agent started to tell me that I can't do it and the only thing I can change it the date of travel, which is contradicting to what the other agent told me on 03/18. Then I called SAS and confirmed that indeed the destination can't be changed. However I do not understand at all why on 03/18 the other agent told a contradicting story and I've contacted Expedia for explanation but there is no response yet. So now I guess I just wasted the full value of the ticket thanks to the retard agent!!
