We will never use Expedia again........the customer service is useless.

We booked an international flight, only one ticket. We are moving back to our country so we have more than 2 luggages, so they are charging us 3 times for the excess (for each airlne). We call customer service but they start argue with me instead of helping us to find out the best solution. I spoke with 2 different CSR and both have different information......but both very rude.

Never will use this website again !!!

Where is the supervision for this department? Do they even care about customers?

Not expedia's fault at all. All airlines are charging for baggage now-maybe you should have READ the airlines policy on baggage and either packed less or mailed your extra home. Not the airlines or expedia's fault for your inablitiy to check out airlines baggage policy. Try accepting some personal responsiblity here.
