I booked a Norwegian cruise through Expedia last Oct and never received any confirmation or itinerary #. When I called the next 3 days asking for one I was told REPEATEDLY that NO booking was found in neither my name nor the other passenger's name in the entire Expedia system as well as Norwegian Cruise Line system. I was advised to re-book the cruise which I did. AND GUESS WHAT? 1 month later 2 cruise charges showed up on my credit card bill! They double-charged me for the same *** cruise, full amount! $1700! TWICE! And neither Expedia nor Norwegian would refund my money!!! Tons of phone calls back and forth, they claimed they had to send Norwegian letters to explain etc etc. They just strung me along for 10 months now! THEY RIPPED ME OFF, PERIOD. I would NEVER EVER deal with Expedia or Norwegian Cruise Line again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemies. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!

Oh My God!!!!! You never got your money back? That's crazy. I would be sssssssoooooooo pissed. Thank-you; i will never use that company.
