My friends and I booked a trip over the phone back in february. One of my firends book air fare from March 26th to March 30th however the agent charged her for March 26th to April 30th!! We assumed that Expedia would jump at the chance to correct the mistake that their agent made. Expedia not only declined to adjust the ticket they also blamed the incident on my firend for not checking the confirmation. We have spent hours on the phone with supervisors to no avail . Expedia stands behind the incompetance of their employers and are uunwilling to give their customers what they pay for. I am appaled and warning everyone to buy your tickets through the internet rather then some over the phone junkie who works for a phony company.
