Expedia complaint by Saundrabarstad

I just had the worst experience with Expedia.com. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! I paid almost $900 for 2 tickets that was suppose to include cancellation insurance. Now why would someone want cancellation insurance ? Because I was not sure that I would be able to leave. The insurance was supposed to pay 100 % for any reason. No, that's not the way it works with them even ! The story gets better. The next day, I get an e-mail from them telling me to pay for the tickets. The damm charge went thru my bank the day before( I called the bank to confirm)They kept hanging up on my husband and myself. Thank god US Airways confirmed for us that indeed our tickets had been paid for and that we were guaranteed the two seats. DON'T EVER BUY FROM EXPEDIA.COM. THEY ARE 100% CROOKED ! If you would like to send me an e-mail, please do, and I will tell you the whole story! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !
