Expedia complaint
I made a reservation for my daughter through expedia.

AFTER I paid for the reservation they informed me that it was a PAPER TICKET.

OK ,but when my daughter wanted to change the return portion of her ticket.

Expedia said she had to come to the airport IN PERSON with the ticket to change it.

This was Never mentioned in the terms or conditions.

WHO has time or the circumstances to get out to an major airport to change a ticket?????

Of course, I never would have made the reservation with Expedia IF they had informed me of their policy.

Expedia Agent Carly D7 was worse than useless. I have no leverage since my card has been charged

And Expedia has been paid

My family and I will never use Expedia again, but how does one get the

word out so that this does not happen to other people?

Also, are there any official avenues for complaint?

Thanks

Dispute your issues with your credit card company. Show them the "fine prints" and try to get e-mails from EXPEDIA.

Whatever they mention by phone is a lie.

My credit card company helped me to recover 1254,95 U$D when EXPEDIA tried to scam me in 2005 (http://www.victimsofexpedia.com/mycase.htm)

There is no way you can sue EXPEDIA because they hide behind the "GOverning law" that you agreed when you book through tem (read the terms and conditions). This means that you have to sue them in a corut in Washington.
