I had a cracked windshield when renting a car from Enterprise through Expedia with their protection plan.

The insurance company Aon who Expedia uses is horrible. Almost two months later, my claim is still not finalized. The worst part is they told Enterprise the policy I bought has a deductible of $500, and they would not pay for my claim of $235. When I called Aon, they asked for more document - proof of purchase. And I don't see anywhere on the policy stating the $500 deductible part.

I had made numerous phone calls for this claim, and it still has not been resolved. They dragged me along, while Enterprise is threatening me to put me on collection. And Aon rep didn't care at all. It's the worst customer service experience I had ever!

Save yourself some time & hassles, don't buy the Protection Plan with Expedia. They won't be there for you when you need them.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $235.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Expedia Pros: Easy website.

Expedia Cons: Unable to resolve problems.
