Had to cancel a flight and rebook with expedia. They make you call in to use any credit. After 4 calls that were disconnected while on hold a total of over 2hours, finally got someone to re-book a flight. DO NOT EVERY BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A DISGRACE. I called to change my flights and they refused to. They Jet Blue wouldn't allow them to. My name andres and I make a reservation to hotel on October 16/2014 with expedia and my I have horrible experience, never again do book more with expedia, showed photos of a nice and clean hotel and what I found was disgusting, never again , they deceives people Add comment

I have a business. We have booked through Expedia for 1 month over 50 hotel rooms and have had nothing but problems. I can echo the other experiences. Long times being put on hold, people on the other end of the line who are extremely hard to understand, not following through on promises. I shortened one night of a hotel stay. The hotel said I had to get approved by Expedia. Expedia said they had to get approved by hotel manager. Hotel Manager said they would issue credit to Expedia.
