Booked a flight to Helsinki and later needed to change the date. They told me that this flight can't be refunded or rebooked. It's a funny thing because I didn't see this notice anywhere on their website. As far as I'm concerned, they should be held accountable for this lack of information. Add comment

A travel agent booked a trip for me, but Expedia refused to send me an itinerary to my email. i was very upset. What is their problem? The agent requested several times for them to send me the itinerary but they refused. They certainly accepted my credit card and charged the ticket. I WILL NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH EXPEDIA AGAIN. When I try to write a review of a hotel I had booked after a trip in which I said that the hotels was fine but Expedia made mistakes, the review is sent back to me for corrections. Expedia website double booked my flight August 2nd. US Aiways canceled one booking the next day. Contacted several times. NOW they are telling me 8 weeks! Add comment

I have had an appalling experience booking travel with Expedia. They made fraudulent charges to my credit card when I booked a package to Providenciales, charge my card almost twice as much as the confirmed price of the package. When visiting the Poconos, NEVER stay at the Pocono Inn At Water Gap and never book through Expedia. It is the worst hotel ever! From the outside it looks like it is abandoned, over grown weeds and the landscaping has not been touched in years. Unlike the pictures posted on Expedia. Expedia booking allowed insufficient time between my connecting flights; so I missed a connecting flight to Hawaii and thus lost a vacation day in Hawaii as well as the hotel cost of that night's booking. I have been trying to use a flight credit I have with Expedia, from when I cancelled two tickets I bought and then cancelled within 2 hrs. They told me then that under their cancellation terms, since it had not been 24 hour or more I could get a FULL Refund. Customer service supervisor "Maxi, ID# 8214 has the worst attitude and did absolutely nothing to help my husband and had nothing but attitude when my husband was asking a question.
