Jan.5,2014 I went online to order a plane ticket from tampa to milwaukee to be used in March. I did not submit this ticket because I wnted to make sure I got the right dates. I had a very rude interaction with an Expedia supervisor who goes by the alias "Tyler G". He was consistently condescending and had no decorum of a customer service rep. Tyler threatened to have me on hold for an additional hour so I could speak to another supervisor. It's 11:30pm and We got to our hotel 3 hours ago and they didn't have our reservation because Expedia didn't do their job. We've been waiting and the girl who talked To us on the phone from Expedia just hung up on me and didn't give any kind of Explanation. I want them To talk To us Add comment

I pre-paid flight to NYC and hotel. When I arrived at the hotel it was the most old and disgusting hotel ever. I checked out and told the front desk I wanted to cancel my reservation. I booked my flight through Expedia. The flight was with US Air but American airlines actually was the carrier. On the return leg I had a plane change in Dallas, but the Dallas to Houston flight was cancelled because they could not get enough crew members for the flight. An agent spent over an hour to book my reservation to Bahamas - which required 4 adults to be booked into two rooms : 2 adults in each room. He totally messed it up by forgetting to book the fourth passenger into a hotel room for an all inclusive deal!
