Jan.5,2014 I went online to order a plane ticket from tampa to milwaukee to be used in March. I did not submit this ticket because I wnted to make sure I got the right dates. I have never had worse customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour three times waiting to talk to a supervisor. They don't have an email for complaints and won't call you back. I will never book through them again. Just awful.

I tried booking a hotel using expedia app on mobile phone as expedia triple points if using mobile app. But the mobile app keeps on asking me to enter coupon code and dint apply any coupon in my account, automatically. After talking to expedia customer care rep for 1 hour, I could not get the coupon code for the $50 coupon I already have in my account! Ridiculous app and powerless customer reps.. I arrived at hotel after 15 hours of driving, (3:00 AM) I was already booked successfully booked by Expedia several days ahead but the hotel clerk tells me Expedia's payment did not "go through." That I would have to pay again. I had done everything properly on my end yet I was required to pay again if I was to get the room I reserved. Super 8 says that this happens a lot! Yes. Booked a room thru Expedia on Sunday June 19th. for June 22-24th. We were 1 hour away from leaving for the Motel. Hampton Inn called and said Expedia didn't pay them the $313.44 I had paid Expedia. Expedia told them they didn't have a valid credit card. Are you serious? I was unable to book online. Prompts informed me that my transaction didn't go through. I called Expedia directly. They booked my reservation at Intercontinental Hotel in Cleveland. I noticed shortly thereafter that my credit card had been charged twice on 06/21/. I called them back immediately. unwilling to respond to correct error. i booked two nights in denver one week apart. either i mistyped or they mistook the dates as one week instead of two nights one week apart. i immediately tried to contact them to correct the dates. The only compliant is the trip advisors reviews of Julia Tours in Spain going back to 2012 complian after complaint on Julia Tours..which Expdia uses as a tour provider. You would think Expedia would discontinue their services after years of bad complaints or at least reprimand them on not following their guidelines to be one of their tour provider..have you Expedia grown into such a giant that they just dont care about customer satisfaction... had to canceled hotel due to car trouble at 630 night of - since it wasnt 24 hrs before got stuck for full bill. Im not talking 50.00 im taking 200.00 and expedia did NOTHING. they suck awful service on hold forever transferred repeatedly do not use expedia for any service worthless, complicated. they don't even understand their own system have to ask for supervisor cant locate reservation numbers tell you it is another department answer quickly when you request new reservation, don't answer when you request to cancel a reservation just awful service cant believe they even exist with that kind of service this is the... I book a one night hotel stay through Expedia. Due to changes in work I had to cancel the hotel stay. I called the hotel and they said not a problem, it's two days before you need to check in so the room can be canceled. They said to call Expedia and have then process the cancellation as they charged my credit card. Expedia would not cancel my reservation and lied to me about what the hotel said to them.
