Expedia sucks donkey. Booked a cruise for two cabins was told via email that my travel documents and tickets would be delivered in an email. Also thought I was taking advantage of their cabin credit. I had to change my reservation with Expedia because of a medical emergency. When I asked 3 times to receive the TOTAL cost of the ticket change the Expedia agent did not tell me give me the total cost, but only the difference between the two tickets. I was shocked to find an extra $400.00 charge on my credit card that Expedia said they could do nothing about. I will never use Expedia again. If... Read more

(Itin# 16407139237)‏ I am close to commiting suicide. I made a reservation with expedia on which i noticed a mistake. I rang to cancel this reservation (before it had been confirmed) within 5 minutes. I booked a car rental in London thru Expedia with Fox Rentals. When I arrived at LHR nobody at the car rental shuttle pickup had heard of Fox. I have decided to use expedia to purchase tickets because I've been told it's a good website and the prices are great, However, when I purchased my ticket I specifically picked a window seat and when I checked in at the airport I was told they couldn't give me a window seat. I booked a travel package through Expedia and received confirmation emails with my full itinerary, even got to choose our plane seats, but when we arrived at JFK we were told that we have no tickets! I booked a vacation online with Expedia to WindWater Magnuson Hotel in South Padre Island for July 8 thru July 10. 2014. Waited for about 50 minutes and the person (apparently from India) is terrible, I am ok with the wait, but the problem the person doesn't even have basic knowledge about airline/flight booking, and told me to call back after 5 hours because it was mid-night at India! I hope this can be improved in the future because nobody the long waiting time and lack of knowledge from the support person is not... Read more
