Traveling from Chicago to Nashville booked 2 nights at the Marriott by the Airport since we was driving our travel plans changed for the 2nd night stay we called expedia to cancel Saturday night which we was put on hold for 20 mins so he could call the hotel which btw offers free cancelation came back on told me that he taken care of it and i shoukd receive email confirmation few mins later bam i do get email but he canceled Friday nights stay... All additional fraud cases, please report to darakh@expedia.com. He doesn't care but if enough cases reported, Expedia will get fined & If you do have evidence, Dara Khosrowshahi will hopefully end up in prison setting an example for other organizations who also deceive customers to obtain financial gain. My daughter booked a flight through Expedia. A company rep called to report that American Airlines had canceled the flight. 2 different times in a row I got a quote for a room and was asked to reserve the room with a credit card. After I did, I was emailed a reservation with a cost higher by $10 to $20. When I called to complain, I was told the lie that it was that quoted price. These customer service people just lie with no conscience. they sell you insurance they know will be refused by the car rental companies. call Dollar and ask them if they will accept their coverage as primary. They will tell you no and expedia will bury you in paperwork to get your money back, yet they continue to sell it as ' primary". need i say more.... After I do complained i got this.. Could not answer my question about a refund - they place you on hold hoping you go away! They ask your call back number in case you get disconnected but when I asked if they can call back once they found the answer to my question they said, no then the call starts over! 4 hours and still on hold!!! on the ticket they issued me they know how much of a refund I get but they keep placing me on hold and not telling me the amount. Run!!! I have paid and confirmed the E-ticket, after a week by accident I looked through my bank account and found out that they charged me DOUBLE than the original invoice! Immediately after customer service "assumed" I was the one in fault and not their system. You have to physically save the invoice or take a snapshot of your screen or you will have no way to fight it. The customer service was HORRIBLE, they transferred me for hours to India,... Read more

Went on line and booked a night at the hotel because of the hotel that I was staying in was not what was booked but my friend said lets stay because it would be hard to get another . Booked the hotel on Saturday night late, but had to leave the day I booked it for and tried to cancel, because the reservation said that one will not be booked for their stay until they checked.
